All applications shall be completed and submitted to the City Administrator in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Manual. Maximum Lot Coverage. No permit purporting to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of this Code shall be valid, except insofar as the work or use that it authorizes is lawful and conforms to the requirements of this Code or a variance or modification granted pursuant to this Code. Alternatively, the city may accept a combination of parkland dedication and a cash payment in lieu of a portion of the parkland dedication. Liberty Hill is part of the Greater Austin Area. In making the required findings, the City Council shall take into account the nature of the proposed use of the land involved, the existing use of land in the vicinity, the number of persons who will reside or work in the proposed development, the possibility that a nuisance may be created, and the probable effect of such variance upon traffic conditions and upon public health, convenience, and welfare of the vicinity. If the City Administrator certifies in writing that such a cessation of activity would cause imminent peril to life and property, the development may proceed, unless a stop order is issued by the BOA, or a restraining order is issued by a competent court of record. Comprehensive Drainage Plan. Any sign erected, mounted or displayed prior to the adoption of this subchapter[.]. Initial Default Zoning. Development is required to provide a higher level of amenities to its users or residents than what is usually required under the normal standards of this code. The City may require the phasing of development and/or improvements to the systems so as to maintain adequate wastewater capacity.
